Priority support
Aston Scientific offer priority support schemes for all our products. In addition to guaranteed support response within 24 hours, priority support customers receive on-site support and next day hardware/software replacement in the event of mechanical or other non-retreivable failure.

Training
Aston Scientific offers training for all of our key products, ranging from introductory sessions to advanced programming and scripting instruction. Courses can be tailored to individual customer needs depending on the number of people and the level of training required

Our approach is to be flexible and teach you exactly what you want to know, so our courses are designed on a modular basis. Each module lasts approximately half a day, and current modules include:

We can additionally provide more detailed training in specific areas, with an itinerary established in consultation with you. For example, we recently generated a module focussing on Detrended Correspondence Analysis and the generation of rarefaction curves for a customer in a life science research laboratory. Another recent example focussed on the 3D modelling and fitting of kinetic parameters for a major pharmaceutical company. 1-4 people £595 per day
Group training (5+ people) £995 per day

Additional days are charged at the same rate plus hotel and subsistence. One day includes reasonable travelling time, so actual tuition time is 10:30am-4pm Custom scripting and development are not included with training packages.
